Our practice
Legal Care Support operates from level 8, 140 Robinson Road. We represent individuals and businesses in disputes and investigations governed by Singapore law — not family, immigration, or IP matters.
Three practice streams: civil litigation, defence representation, and regulatory advisory. Each file is handled by lawyers admitted in Singapore with State Courts and High Court experience.
How we work
Engagements start with your objective — urgent bail, a reply to a letter of demand, or a regulator deadline. We identify governing provisions (Penal Code, Limitation Act, Companies Act) and immediate procedural steps.
Written summaries follow major milestones. We are not affiliated with the Singapore government, the Law Society of Singapore, or any other firm.
Professional standards
Practising certificates are kept current. Client funds, where held, follow trust accounting rules. We decline instructions where a conflict exists or specialist expertise is required elsewhere.
Consultations: Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 SGT, by appointment. Video calls available with identity verification.
Initial consultations from SGD 280. Written estimates before drafting, court appearances, or extended correspondence.
